  • How do I book?

    To get started, explore our inventory list (click here to view) and select items for your wishlist cart. Submit the wishlist to receive a quote. Upon receipt, we'll review the items, confirm availability, and provide pricing. If you wish to secure rentals immediately, we'll include a payment link in the quote.

  • How do payments and deposits work?

    You can submit payment in full or a 60% deposit can be accepted to secure your date & event rentals. If you choose to submit a deposit the remaining balance is due !4 days before the event date. Failure to submit remaining balance on or before due will result in lost of deposit. We at LPRENTALS do not want any client to lose a deposit so please ensure payment is submitted on time. If your event date is less than 14 days away or your invoice balance is $750 or under your Payment must be paid in full at the time of booking.

    Please note all payments are non-refundable regardless of your reasons for cancelling.If balance is within 14 days of event date payment due In full. All balances under $750 full payment required to book no partial paymen

  • Do you deliver?

    Yes we do. We do not allow any pickups,

    Please note: Upon arrival we will need access to event location for one to two hours before event starts and one to two hours after event is over to pick up event rentals, Access must be include for vehicle parking near event location entrance.

  • What is the time frame for event rentals?

    All event rentals are for up to 8 hours from delivery until pickup, if you need items longer please request for extended time ( additional fees may be required).

    Please note extended requests are not guaranteed.

  • Is there a minimum price required for delivery?

    Yes, We do have a minimum delivery amount of $400 to secure and deliver your event rentals, Please note minimum delivery amount may change base on distance of event location from our warehouse,

  • What if my event is canceled or rescheduled due to the weather or unforseen circumstances?

    If you need to reschedule your event date we will allow up to one reschedule date. Please note the rental item may or may not be available on your reschedule date. . If you need to cancel for any reason, Unfortunately, we do not issue any refund regardless of your reason for cancellation.

Policies

  • Any reservation booked within (7 ) days of the event date is subject to same week booking fees. Same week booking fees start at $75 & UP. Fees are assessed based on on order size

  • Additional fees will be apply for difficult access to (Stairs or No Freight Elevator, etc.). If drivers arrive to the event during the requested timeframe written in the contract and are unable to obtain Luxurious Party Rentals property, client must pay an additional $150 inconvenience fee for later pick up. *Please note: Prices are for daily rentals only.

  • If any damages or loss. of rentals client Is %100 responsible for replacement of rental Item. Clients are required to provide a valid credit or debit card number at the time of reservation, and Luxurious Party Rentals will charge this card to cover any loss or damage. Fees are due upon billing, and Luxurious Party Rentals will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer of fees before charging the card. Inaccurate card information or any inability to collect payment may lead to court proceedings initiated by Luxurious Party Rentals. The client is responsible for the total amount owed, court fees, and all other applicable fees in such cases.

    Please be aware that Luxurious Party Rentals cannot control the weather, and damages caused by elements such as wind, water, extreme heat, or cold are not within our control. Damages from moving props will also be assessed, and clients must ensure the return of LPRENTALS property undamaged. Any damage to rentals will result in fees being charged for loss or damage, and a thorough inventory check will be conducted after the conclusion of the event. Visible damage will be photographed on-site whenever possible.

  • Each rental contract includes a mandatory damage waiver for an additional charge, covering your responsibility for damage to the merchandise during normal use. The Damage Waiver, priced at 10% of the total rental, does not extend to repair or replacement costs for items misused, mishandled, or otherwise abused (e.g., a chair breaks when used as a ladder). This fee is non-refundable and specifically covers reasonable, accidental damage incurred through normal use.

    Repair or replacement charges will be applied to any equipment lost, stolen, damaged due to negligence or abuse, or intentionally harmed by the client or their guests. The customer assumes responsibility for the equipment from delivery until return. It is essential to secure equipment when not in use and protect it from weather and irrigation/sprinkler equipment. To apply the Damage Waiver, broken equipment must be returned.
